“ACCOMODATION” CANCELATION POLICY

In case of canceling your reservation, your predeposit will be charged from your account.
In case of canceling your reservation 10 days or less before arival, we will charge one night.
In case of not arriving at date of reservation, the whole amount will be charged.

“EXPERIENCES” AND “SURFCAMPS” CANCELATION POLICY

To hold the reservation we require a deposit of 25%. NOT REFUNDABLE.
We require the remaining 75% within 7 days from the check in date.
In case of canceling your reservation, your predeposit (25%) will be charged from your account.
In case of canceling your reservation 7 days or less before arrival, we will charge 75% of the payment.
In case of not arriving at date of reservation, the whole amount will be charged.
